Can anyone or any rescue please foster this baby asap !!!! URGENT !!!! SOUTH CENTRAL Area. a male frenchie has ivdd cannot move for nothing , homeless encampment abandoned and left it there , i just past by and the frenchie can’t move the ivdd is bad , and they abandon it. Please it’s in the south central area , does anyone know of any rescue or anyone who can come right to pick up this baby ????? SOUTH CENTRAL AREA !!!!
