Male not spayed. Has bright green eyes is very fluffy in winter but loses fluff in summer has a cut above his eye

Axel has been missing for a few weeks now he is a sweet kitty about 2yrs old, he is inside and outside cat and sometimes will venture outside for a few days but always comes . We have not seen him and tried contacting haven humane to find him but no luck. He has big bright green eyes and is fluffy during winter but short haired in summer. He has a scar above his eye. We miss him very much please help bring him .
