Especially focus on a one to two block radius of your home. It would be good To go out, especially at Dawn dusk in feeding time shaking a bag of cat treats or cat food vigorously to help attract your cat's attention if it's nearby and bring a flashlight with you to help catch a glimpse of your cat's eyes if it's near. While you're in this area, make sure you also check trees shrubbery window wells, especially under decks and porches where cats often hide and can imagine them even hiding even more with fireworks going on and ask your neighbors to check their shed in garage where cats are also often found. A worn piece of clothing often works well on your porch as well as just inside your garage that is open about 5 in and put inside the garage near the opening to help attract your cat if it's nearby. If you have a microchip, make sure your information is up to date so you can be contacted if your cat is found. If you adopted from a rescue, it's good to also notify them. Flyers are very important and put in upside down zip gallon bag to help protect from the elements. It would also be good to post on neighbors ring app which covers a three plus smile radius of your home and alerts people that have the app. I hope your baby is safe and will soon be home.
