Found Siamese Cat with white dot on forehead.

Found Siamese cat, been hanging around the neighborhood for a while now, but likes to hang out around my patio and interact with my indoor cats thru the window. I have 3 of my own but been putting out water and food. Its been hanging around another feral black cat. I want to set up a trap (but I dont have one) so I can scan for chip and not sure if he/she is neutered or not. Its been getting along with other cats around the neighborhood the past few months. Seems healthy. Must have solid proof if you claim.
