Robin Ogden There is no excuse for not spaying and neutering a pet. There is no reason for a cat being let outdoors, especially in a high traffic area. No apology here. I've rescued, spayed/neutered/and cared for over 40 cats at any given time. Don't you dare preach to me. I've dealt with enough ignorance to last a lifetime. If it got out by accident is the only acceptable excuse.

Spay and/or neuter your pet and this kind of post would not be needed. It's amazing how long cats live and prosper when they are fixed and not allowed to run loose.
