Sit on the ground with food, slowly throw food to him until he comes closer and closer, shall take time so be patient.. Don't call out tothe dog or look him in the eyes as he shall be in survival mode and just run in fear. If you can, contact any local vets, as owners probably have left their details for any sightings and vets shall have contacts for any local volunteers dog rescues x
