Message from Finder

This male is fixed no chip was located in the vets office. He is very skinny, hungry and very scared, skidish. He had a collar no tags. He had very sore front paws that had cuts on them as though he had been walking for a long time. Paws have been doctored. He has been fed, and a comfortable bed resting now. Maybe he's been abandoned. He just wants to be loved.

Rilla Stone-Lemon It could have been Lost and trying to get Home! Not everyone has FB and can do everything to find their pet without technology. Could be an Elderly person, at least it’s “fixed”, so they were Responsible enough for that. They could have moved and dog got disoriented as well!
