I have called the city numerous times about this poor baby. He is now lost again. His owner is a homeless drug addict who wonders off and leaves his baby and people have to call and have animal control pick him up only to take him to the shelter and picks up the dog again! I have told them NOT to release the dog to him and they say they can't do that, "it's his dog". At this point I really don't know what else to say. I need everybody's help getting this baby back to a safe environment. Please reach out to me as I will be canvassing the area and trying to locate this dog.
