Clydeine Adamchick exactly…BUT what does “Outside of state” mean? It’s unclear exactly where “found”- sounds like in another state, but he lives in Richmond. He needs to report them WHERE he found them by law. Or are they just “rehousing” them & created a story since it’s a “message from “finder”. Sounds like another person is sharing; not the actual finder. Hoping these 2 find a safe place!!
