Savannah Makenzie the post was confusing- it said “found …in Richmond,VA 23219 near outside of state” and I was thinking Richmond. Those poor little babies need help quickly!

Jeanne McNeil the dogs would need to go to the jurisdiction they were found in… RACC can’t take anything that wasn’t found in the city unfortunately… they really need mom.
