Recently TNR’d based on ear tip condition. Came up to scree patio meowing… very friendly let us pet… ate food, Churu, and drinking water.

Why would somebody tnr a friendly cat? He should be kept inside because obviously he's not a feral cat. Outside is dangerous for cars and being coyote food ripped to shreds, infested w fleas, disease, injured how he looks etc. Ppl always fail them
