Yellow parakeet blue tail
Message from Finder
A few neighbours found a yellow parakeet with blue tail roaming the alley/sidewalk in Mount Pleasant and I have him/her safe inside my home. They were very scared and evaded other neighbours but I’m from the country so I got her/him immediately and she’s now safe inside a cozy pet backpack with lots of blankies.
