Small black dog with white paws and green collar

Message from Finder

I found this dog walking with a golden dog of similar size and hair walking at the intersection of Dunbar street and Marion street in the historical Westwood neighborhood near the Baptist church. I wasn’t able to secure the golden dog. He has a green collar, no tags or chip, very friendly. Small, maybe 10-15 lbs. he is now at Richmond animal care and control.
