When found in Sacramento County you need to file a found report with Bradshaw shelter.. Any vet can do the first scan for a microchip if not detected make sure you do a second one with the shelter.Many times vets/petcos do not have Universal scanners in the shelters there's a big difference.Microchips are so tiny many times missed on one scanner and detected on the next. I know because it's happened to me. Even if a microchip be sure to get proof of ownership for safety.. Close to Arden Arcade Neighborhood Facebook group. In every post be sure to put FOUND With date and time did, put in Arden Area/North Sacramento with nearest cross streets, and number to call
