‼️🐈⬛CAT NEEDS HELP! If anyone knows whose cat this is, please reach out to me. He comes by my hse and is friends with my cat but last night it was in distress. There is a piece of white circular plastic around its neck, looks like some plastic guttering. I’m very worried that he/she cannot drink or eat with it this way. I’ve contacted Animal services to see if they can help me catch it so we can get it off.
