This cat has been wandering around for a few weeks now. You posted as the finder however he's been in many yards. is there an actual owner looking for this cat because he has been starving?? As it's been wandering around for weeks I wonder has he been abandoned? if I own the cat I would be walking around the neighborhood and you would easily find him. I haven't seen any signs posted in the neighborhood either. He's pretty vocal. We've been giving him some food here and there. But if there's an owner out there that can prove he's theirs please DM me
