PLEASE go to the Franklin County Dog Shelter DAILY and ask to see all of the dogs. If you call you won't get an accurate answer.A friend of mine kept calling and was told she wasn't there. She finally went in and her dog was there. It wasn't a good ending. They have a very high rate. Rico Pet Recovery found my dog within 24 hours. They don't charge a fee, but work off of donations. They have a FB page and you can google them in Lewis Center. They are phenominal.
