Message from Owner

My girl got outside yesterday while I was in town I spent hours searching for her last night and this morning with no luck. I have one other cat and she’s been sitting at the door waiting for her sister. I’m desperate to get her back please message me if you have seen her.

Is your cat microchip? And make sure you call the shelters to see if they have her sometimes they put them in the feral room so you have to physically go look as well.

Cats Place the cats unwashed bedding outside - place the owners unwashed clothing & shoes outside on the north - south - east & west sides of the house. Place the litter box outside (even uncleaned, if possible) Place the cats unwashed water bowl outside. Walk an approx estimated 2 + block radius with an opened can of cat food or tuna softly calling for the cat. Use a flashlight to look underneath bushes & hedges. If your cat eats dry food or treats / place some in an opened baggie & gently shake as you walk around the neighborhood calling its name. Don’t forget - cats are actually nocturnal- so if you can safely walk at night looking for it may be a good idea. Let ALL your neighbors know your cat is missing!!! It’s most important to go out at 11 o’clock at night when it’s dark traffic is down and it’s quiet walk a two block radius around your home from your home and call your kitty cat with a flashlight set your clock again for 4 o’clock in the morning and get up and go call for your cat again I wouldn’t put a bunch of smelly food outside your back door with that litter box I would just put water because other critters may be attracted and it may frighten off your cat, but they move at night and they hunker down during the day and they can smell for up to a mileso please update us when you find your cat because I believe you’re going to

Put out something with your scent and some say catbox. Post on Comal County lost and found dogs and cats and Nextdoor. Notify the Humane Society of Humane Society of the New Braunfels Area, Inc. in case someone brings her in. Ask neighbors to check their garages and sheds incase she got accidentally shut in. Call for her early morning and evening. There is also an app. Of cats meowing that has worked for me in the past. Put up signs. Good luck.
