Jerene Abrah that is awful… I would be a complete wreck if my dog got lost. I do not understand why people are pet owners if they can’t take proper care of them. They also are in desperate need of a groom.

Melissa Lynn thank you. I called animal control and they said they've taken this family to court and have issued them with multiple tickets. Hopefully they will learn their lesson. I'm just worried about them getting hurt in the future
