Long haired Tabby? Relatively friendly, came over to eat as soon as I put down the food and water

I'm not sure how long it'll stay in the area but I hope this is possibly helping someone. It is relatively friendly. As soon as the food and water came this beautiful cat came and ate immediately. I was sitting near as well and it didn't seem to mind either.
