Chihuahua / Terrier Mix - White with black spots on his stomach. Medium size This is my client's dog. She was working on her car in the Raley's parking lot on Folsom Blvd when she was car jacked. The people who stole her car didn't realize that her service dog was inside. They tied him to a pole next to the Shell gas station on Power Inn Rd and Folsom Blvd and left him there.
