Petite light-colored cat, calico or light tortie? Pink collar with bell, squeaky meow, friendly but skittish

Got from work at about 1:15 AM 4/15 and she was out by my apmts' dumpster. I thought she might have been a stray, but realized she had a collar. I don't think she had a tag with information on it though, so I'm not sure if she's an indoor/outdoor cat or if she's an escaped indoor cat. If her owners see this, please get in touch; I have a semi-open backyard area and would be able to help facilitate a capture if needed. Hopefully she's just an indoor/outdoor cat and will find her way on her own, but if not, I want to help her get safe.

Estrada Yulisa I couldn't get her last night but I got some dry food and churus to hopefully lure her tonight when I get home from work. I can also try to get better pictures, and I do also have video of her walking up to me. I also saw the posting about Nala and thought they looked similar, but it was dark enough out that I wasn't sure
