I don't know if this is anyone's baby, but it seems extremely friendly just a little skittish unfortunately I wasn't able to take the cat, but I hope you find them.

I saw this cat at Rubios on Monday of this week as well. Very friendly. I noticed a cat food dish with water and wet food in it. If its ear is clipped, it may be a fixed cat returned to the community by Feral Cat Coalition or similar. This is a very busy area though, so if it has an owner that is missing it, that would be ideal. It seemed like a fairly young cat - probably 6 months to a year.
