Are they microchipped? Sharing from further north in 30066 off Shallowford near Lassiter.

Have two friends who lost little dogs standing beside them. In Cobb a friend was standing by her little dog and an owl fluttered down and took off with it. She was in her fenced in back yard. So fast. She never saw it again. Then a friend in Fla was standing talking to a friend. Dog right beside her and some bird grabbed it and she lost it. I would keep small ones on a leash something. The one in Fla was on a gentle leash but it happened so fast.
