Rhonda Anthony he was gone for over an hour in Other post. He said he was gone from 8:20 PM. to 9:15pm the weather was around 65-70 so it was hotter in the car. even then, would you leave a newborn in a car unattended,off with the windows up?

@Also, she forgot to mention that they went inside Applebee’s to eat for an hour from 8:20pm-9:15pm I have receipts if needed
