He shouldn’t have left her in the car in any weather. She could not have ever been stolen if he ordered take out and went home with her instead of leaving her alone for upwards of an hour.

Mara Dodge I didn't see him actually say he didn't have AC on, but I saw him say that it was only 70° that night so he didn't need it. So I doubt he had it on and I doubt he understands what the difference of being inside versus outside is like for an animal in a vehicle.
