Judy Lee Burd though I've had two males on the thinner side taller longer leggy types this is weeks and more I can't imagine. To the original poster careful not to overfeed go slow maybe something like boiled rice and hamburger small bits to see how they do who knows what they've eaten out there either

Judy Lee Burd I will gladly take them. They don't even look that old. My guess is a breeder dump. I have had pugs my whole life and been around the rescue sites networking etc to know and pugs can't survive the wild long enough to get so thin they have no instincts and someone would have got them before getting so thin.

Contact a rescue they're so emaciated they're near serious issues. I don't think they're lost if so a long long time and I would be shocked they could survive. Pugs have no instincts at all. They can't manage. These babies look like dumped breeder dogs 😭 💔 🙏 I will be glad to take them and attempt to clear their ownership pathway up. Omg the state they're in. Do they seem as if they were caged? Pugs are so friendly excitable they can be caged uncared for and still be so good natured. Wow this breaks my heart. But it's done all the time. I hate to assume but how can you not make and female? Is male intact?

I can hardly believe anyone would let their dog get into this condition.... not just a pug, any dog or pet. We raised Pugs for years, they are very easy keepers. Perhaps lack of maintenance? Worms...? Also, with the heat coming up, these babies need to be inside. If someone can Thake them, we'll buy a 50 pound bag of food to get them going.
