I found two dogs in the alley near Rice Street in Maryland. They seem to be very nice they seem to know each other I'm going to give them water and food so I hope somebody finds these two lost dogs

Yes, do not take them to animal control. Just get the owner’s contact info so they can pick up their dogs from you

Mari actually you have the right to hold an animal for 30 days as long as you're actively looking for its owner, but I don't have the means to hold these animals for 30 days.
