It has been almost one month since Nala was stolen from me on 4/25/26 while I was being seen for a mental health crisis. Conciliation court is scheduled for August. My kitten & registered Emotional Support Animal (ESA), Nala D. , has not been returned to me after a temporary care arrangement made by her dad Chris & his daughter Jadyn & her boyfriend Patrick. Patrick made a statement to Dodge Center Police that he had given Nala away as I did not want her nor does Chris. As someone who suffers from MH, I can say or even do things I don't mean in the moment out of frustration, anger, hurt & sadness. I would not be going through the lengths I have gone through this past month to get her home if I didn't want her. I have called & emailed over 20 clinics/pet care establishments in the Rochester, Mn & Dodge Center area to give them all a heads up that IF someone brings her in, Nala does not belong to them. Nala was scheduled for a spay on 5/1/26 & Patrick called her clinic Lake Animal hosp canceling her appointment. She is way overdue & her health could be at risk. Share this post with anyone & everyone please! I am actively working with local law enforcement & conciliation court to bring her home.
