It is a Quaker Parrot. Contact Niles Animal Hospital and Bird Medical Center, A Refuge for Saving the Wildlife, Greater Chicago Caged Bird Rescue.

Call the 16th, Park Ridge Niles police depts and see if anyone reported a missing bird. If you can’t keep it call Chicago Bird Collision, it’s a bird rescue. Last year a parrot landed on my balcony, she was a very nice bird she flew out of her house in Morton Grove all the way to Harlem and Touhy. We did find her owners a day later thanks to Facebook book and the people had to go to bird collision to pick her up.
