Found these two dogs today at around 3pm. They appear to be laying in the trees for the shade. They look tired and hot. We have given them some water

This is a male & female. The female is chipped & her name is Paloma. Owner has been contacted. Hoping the male is from the same household.

This is a dog that has been loose for sometime from what we can gather. Super matted, fleas and ticks, nails are overgrown...doesn't appear to have been cared for for some time if at all.
