This is a male & female. The female is chipped & her name is Paloma. Owner has been contacted. Hoping the male is from the same household.

This is a dog that has been loose for sometime from what we can gather. Super matted, fleas and ticks, nails are overgrown...doesn't appear to have been cared for for some time if at all.
