Two Brown Fixed Male Dogs

I called a 24/7 vet clinic. They will take them in to be cared for for free. Once they are done caring for them, they will call animal control and have them taken to the shelter. I’ll keep them another night possibly but if someone can foster them that’d be great. Has anyone seen where these dogs are from? They have been out for the past three days, no signs of where they are from. I brought them in my yard yesterday afternoon. Gave them water, food, a bath, and they had some good pets from our kids. They are friendly and loving. Played with kids and other dogs very well. I can’t bring them in my hse due to the other animals i now own from rescuing lol. Can anyone foster them? I can help with finding a rescue and may be able to bring a bag of basic dog food for them as well.
