Emaciated Grey cat with white feet, possibly white on the face/neck, long hair.

This kitty came to my backyard last night around midnight. I caught a peak and instantly was worried, the cat is extremely thin, even with the long hair. So thin his shape looked like a greyhound. I tried to call it over but it got scared and scaled my 10’ wall. It was looking for food and water, which I normally have out for roaming cats but forgot last night. Very worried about this baby. It seemed like a larger breed of cat, but it’s so frail. Please be on the lookout in Peppertree/Winridge neighborhoods. I’m hoping it comes back tonight, will be adding wet food.
