Please be on the look out for Sebastian! He is microchipped and was wearing his GPS collar. The last GPS signal was actually in Radnor Lake State Park in the woods near the intersection of Shenandoah Court and Otter Creek Road. Please check your garages, sheds, crawl spaces and under decks.
