If it’s the same dog I posted when he was lost, I don’t believe he is wanted by his owners. He had been lost for a couple of weeks several people in the neighborhood he was lost in, had been trying to care for him but got out during the storm. He had been wandering with another dog but that dog was not with him at the restaurant only him. Please do not give back to owners for I feel he was not taken care of correctly by them!
