Prague Fone I would worry that adding a new cat could start this cycle again. Seems to me that checking to see if the disputed cat has a chip has the chance for amicable resolution. The actions of Whoever is dragging this on is bordering on animal abuse. If said cat is healthy and happy maybe letting go is the right thing to do. Glad im not the controversial cat !
