It’s only decent to return a lost animal as I would expect someone to do if my dog were found. I couldn’t accept money for just doing what is right.

Brett T. Wyrick some people are real sick and they keep black cats for different sick reasons. Hope this isn't the case. Sounds like he's just roaming around. I do think by the time the person that sees your kitty calls you and you get out there it may be too late and he would of moved on elsewhere. If person can catch him and isn't afraid, then by all means they should and then call you-just my opinion.
