Also leave door ajar if it is safe to do so as sometimes they will return themselves… make up little flyers and put them in peoples mailboxes to check their sheds as some people don’t have social media 🤞🤞

Night time walks asap, are super important for you to try to trace your missing fur baby's steps: When you do your night walks after 10.30pm when the world is quieter, take a flash light and the dry food container and shake it or tap it as you go. And look in all hiding places close by to where your cat escaped from. Under buildings, shrubs, parked vehicles, absolutely everywhere and most especially in the storm water drains in your's and nearby streets. The Flashlight will show up the eyes. Do not go once, go every night calling (try not to sound distressed) and just the repetition of doing that can help a cat find their way back to you. Good luck in finding your beautiful fur baby. 🙏

Pls make sure microchip details are updated as sadly one of the microchip companies closed down and microchips will fail to scan so pls ensure your kitty’s microchip is registered Ph all local vets and pounds daily and email all local vets and pounds photo and details Check neighbors see if cameras see if anyone picked kitty up Door knock let all neighbors know check neighbors yards garages sheds bushes drains etc go out night calling and shaking favourite biscuits with torch each night when it’s super quiet Check back streets incase jumped back fence and lost in surrounding streets Put litter box outside as they smell theie smells Put fliers up and letter box drop Check all pounds and animal welfare league and rspca websites and face bk pages daily Pls know it’s illegal to let cats roam the streets in qld council pick them up and rhere fines so Check pounds daily and their websites daily ! Praying for safe return soon

Try going out late at night or really early mornings when it's quiet and there more likely to come out off hiding or hear you calling and shaking cat biscuits as you walk your neighbourhood also check out street drains and call down them a favourite hiding place and ask neighbours or do a letterbox drop and get them to check sheds and garages incase it's accidentally got locked in or hiding also makesure microchip is up-to-date with correct phone number and details and ask them to put a red flag against it as missing. You can also try a torch at night to see shiny eyes reflecting back at you if there hiding under low shrubs and buildings and vehicles or neighbouring properties. Contact local vets and pounds even 24hr vets incase it's been found and taken for a microchip scan.
