Found this ol’ gal in the middle of the busy intersection at 13th and Harrison Ave during school drop off hours. She was inches away from getting hit by a DPS trooper who was pulling someone over for avoiding her. I don’t think the trooper ever saw her. She looks up in age and may be partially blind and may even be deaf as well. She is a beautiful gal that has obviously been well cared for and must certainly have a family that loves and is missing her. Please help me get her back home.
