STOLEN DOG/Lost ! My dog was stolen out of my van in the Safeway parking lot, he responds to both Frank and Raymond/ray. Family member took him for a quick ride and left the car unlocked and windows down. Not even 10 mins later early this afternoon Raymond was no longer in the van. Please pm me. Whoever took him needs to return him.!! If the weather or conditions were such a concern stealing him was not the solution. There are other ways you could have approached a concern.... Call the police, inform the store, take him out but wait near by. I don't condone my dog being left in the car but he is still my dog and needs to be returned
