Please make sure the owner can prove it’s their dog. Since the dog has a collar on most likely the dog has an owner. Thank you for helping this poor little dog.

If you find a dog PLEASE...... Keep it secure indoors and contact the shelter as soon as possible, to let them know you have the dog… That is the ONE place EVERY owner that cares looks, while many are not on social media or assume the worst. Also any Vet will check the dog for a chip for free.
