Description
Black cat with peppered white hair (not spot) on chest. Not neutered. Tall and skinny. Seems young, maybe ~9 months. Likes petting on head, swipes if you pet his back too much (but usually not seriously enough to actually scratch or bite, just to say he doesn’t like touching his back)

He’s sweet, hope we can reunite him with his owner! He didn’t seem like he was doing too well on the street. He was skinny, scarred, but still came up to me for petting and food.
