Looks like that might be Edgar. He was missing and then found a couple weeks or so ago.

Thank you for taking care of this sweet kitty❤. If you could bring him inside somewhere safe, and give him food and water, that would be great. Also, you could make big, in-your-face fliers and post them around the neighborhood. Check with neighbors to see if they might know who the owner is. Post on your local Nextdoor.com. if no one claims him, please consider taking him to Simply Cats (a wonderful no- shelter) or back to the Idaho Humane Society. Not sure if West Valley Humane is no-. Thank you!!
