Distribute flyers to entire neighborhood. Put a large poster with photo and phone number in your front yard for those not on social media. Check animal control daily in person- not by phone or online. Leave a flyer with them and humane societies and rescues and vets. Also your mailman. Most cats are found within a 3-5 house radius. Indoor only cats are usually much closer hiding. Best time to look is before dawn and way after dark.

Keep a close daily check on the Hillsborough County Animal Services website, under their Found Pets section. Hopefully, the cat has a microchip that will help a lot too. Try to get the cat neutered once he is found. Otherwise, they will try harder to escape next time.
