I know. I posted about him in a lot of places this morning. I am feeding him now. He’s very skittish of humans. He’s coming around but not enough for me to catch him. Thanks Moon

I’ve seen this dog several times. I spent a couple hours trying to get it. It took the treats but wouldn’t come close. I did feed it a couple of bowls of food. Put the food down and walked a distance away so he could eat it. I also put water down but he preferred to drink from the gutter. It has a harness and a broken leash on it as well. I noticed some redness on his chest from the harness. I need at least three or four people to help me catch him. I want to see if he’s chipped. If he’s not chipped I’ll have to figure something out. Anyone willing to help?

I Wish to rescue him. I know he doesn't look well, I almost caught him yesterday but he turned around and bolted. It looked like from a distance he had a collar with tags. Where did you see him exactky at what time?
