Prayers, Tobias will be found very soon, safe and sound!!..Whoever cut his whiskers are idiots!!!..Whiskers is a cats' balance..I pray, and wish, for whoever performed such cruelty to him, has the worse of luck for the rest of their pitiful lives!..

So sorry..Report as lost to Animal Control, and check there in person, daily!..Check storm drains, as well!..Post on Nextdoor.com, and Lost and Found Pets of Charlotte, if not already done..

Look at night with a flashlight under bushes and porches, you can see the reflection of his eyes in the light beam. Keep calling, looking, make flyers with a reward offer, let all your neighbors know so they can be on the lookout. Does he have a microchip? If not, check animal control in person
