She is a all grey pitbull and she had happy tail so a piece of her tail was messing from her baiting it

She went missing a few months back I been looking for her every since I found out she was at the animal aspca animal shelter I callled them they was giving me the run around for days so I went down to the animal care center and they told me they never got my dog they was supposed to but the animal aspca had her so the day after I went down to the aspca an they told me my dog was abandoned and they opened a case with my dog because when she went into the shelter her tail was messed up from her baiting it it’s called happy tail now they telling me she was adopted I need help getting my dog back she was my baby I had her for 2 years and I just miss her if anybody could help me get her back I would gladly appreciate it you could reach me back at my number or my email
