Its been a year now and I still haven't gotten any answers as what happened to my Lacy. There isn't a day that goes by that I dont think about her and miss her dearly. I just want closure as to what happened to her. I have suspected the worst and come to terms that she's probably gone and im never going to see her again. I honestly dont care who did it. Weather it was an mishap or if someone had to do what they had to do because unfortunately she would get away sometimes and go miles from put other people's animals in danger. I understand farmers have the right to shoot a dog if they are a threat to their livestock. I just need to know. I just wish I could have been contacted somehow and have the opportunity to at least put her to rest in the proper way. She deserved that at least. I know for a fact she was wearing her pink collar that had her name tag with my phone number the day she disappeared. Please if anyone in the wayland area knows anything about what happened to my Lacy I would greatly appreciate it so I can finally stop praying that she mite come someday
