I found this baby tonight at the car sales place on Fornance and Sandy hill Norristown - and did end up getting him with the help of a neighbor. This baby looks like he’s been outside awhile. He is with a really good family right now but I want to do what’s right. Please contact me if this is your dog.

Can you take him to a vet to scan for microchip? Also, please file reports with local police in case owner called them. Thanks for helping this baby.
