‼️‼️‼️‼️$200 REWARD‼️‼️‼️‼️ Ovie is a blue point Siamese indoor cat not fixed. I unexpectedly left the doggie door open in the backyard. He has gotten out in the past and always came back within a few hours. I have not let him outside for months now. I think someone may have picked him up. I’ve had him since he was four weeks old. I rescued him from inside a brick wall of a gas station. He’s a medium size cat. Very sweet. I just need him . I have cats and dogs and my one cat Blue and him are best friends and Blue has been meowing like crazy missing him. Crossroads : Leavitt Ave / Spring Cavern Ave, Orange City.‼️‼️‼️‼️$200 REWARD‼️‼️‼️‼️

Kathleen Nash I’m just now seeing this. He did had an appointment in January to get neutered. He refused to go into the crate. We tried everything. I have two scars to show for it. He was trapped in a brick wall as a kitten, and I had to have a fire department cut through the wall to get to him and I think he’s still traumatized from that. All of my other animals are neutered and chipped. I think that’s why he ran away is because he found a cat in heat. I’m devastated.

Allison Franklin thank you, I did see more on the other cat from Kenzie this morning. Please keep looking. Check West Volusia and Halifax Humane. Best Wishes. This is the list cat protocol: Please let neighbors know and put up Lost signs with your information. It only costs about $15 for 10 signs at Office Depot/Max. Contact and visit Halifax humane society every day. Check these pages: M https://www.volusia.org/services/public-protection/animal-services/lost-found.stml# More you can do - Lost cat Protocol: Cat is usually close by. When cats escape they are usually afraid. Therefore, they normally, hunker down and hide very close to home. They will usually only venture out a short way if they don’t find a food source. Once they find food, they will normally stay in that area. Most cats are creatures of habit and will keep coming back to the place they find food. You need to search for the cat nightly using an LED flashlight. This is important!!! For BEST results, It must be a bright LED flashlight. 400 lumens or stronger. (This is VERY IMPORTANT!) You can get one at Harbor Freight or WalMart for about 15.00. A regular flashlight isn’t bright enough. It has to be LED and at least 400 lumens. Go out nightly. Especially later when it gets very quiet. 12 AM or later around 2 AM is a good time. That is when cats prowl. Also, before dawn. Look for glowing green eyes. All cats eyes will glow green at night when you use an LED flashlight. Sometimes you have to bend down to catch the glow of the eyes at a certain angle. You must look under cars, in bushes, street gutters, etc. Anywhere at all they can hide. Do not call the cat’s name. That can spook them. Also, do not chase if seen. Many cats will go into survival mode or what’s called fight or flight mode and won’t even come to their owners. Get down on ground level and gently coax them to you patting the ground softly. Have some smelly canned food or shake a bag of treats. Have a carrier handy to put kitty into if it walks up to you. There’s a good possibility you might need to use a humane trap to catch your cat. Be consistent and do this nightly with the LED flashlight. I can’t stress this enough!! In a low predator area or one that is secure or monitored by a human: You can set up a feeding station with a trail cam on it. I would set that up by the area the cat got out. Or, the last place they were seen hanging out. If you have or can get a monitoring system, Set up a trail cam, it will give you the capability to see if the cat is coming to eat. If so, you can set a humane trap baited with Mackerel in brine. It’s sold by the canned tuna in stores. It’s in a large can usually with the blue label. Your cat also might come back home looking for a way to get back in. If you can leave a window open that would be good. Also listen for the cats meow in case it’s trying to get back in at your front door. Many missing cats have been found this way and some missing for a long time.. best of luck.

Why never neutered? It is breeding season and he will be reproducing.
